I have been a resident of Lethbridge for more than thirty years and attended grade, middle and high school here. I graduated
in 1993 from Lethbridge College with a diploma in Business Adminstration, majoring in accounting. From 1993, I have worked in
the transportation industry as a Bookkeeper, Financial Analyst, Controller and most recently as CFO/Co -Owner of a
longhaul transport company. The reason I have pursued a career in real estate is simple, this has been my interest for the past
twenty years. I have always been interested in real estate, whether it be land, houses, buildings, acreage, investment, vacation properties
or business and commercial. I would find that I was spending my leisure time reading magazines and articles, understanding investment
techniques and sleuthing out properties. It only made sense that I begin a career in the real estate industry, where I could
put my interest and passion for this trade to work.
My business education and experience consists of everything from negotiating
and financing equipment, cash flow analysis, full preparation of financial statements, marketing, cost and budget analysis, human
resources and collecting money (the latter I wouldn't normally mention but people tell me I'm good at it, which I'm not really
sure is a compliment). These are all skills and experiences that I have applied to my trade to create the most important service
to deliver to my clients: VALUE!! That's right, VALUE!! Because of the large monetary transactions involved in real estate, the ordeal
can be highly emotional and stressful. That's why you need a dedicated professional who is detail oriented and objective, who will
guide you through every step of the process with your best interests at heart. This is a service business, and my committment
is to provide A+ service to my clients 100% of the time. Your satisfaction and referral of my business is my top priority, everything

I enjoy being active in my leisure time. Hobbies I have are golfing and camping in the summer,
I play ice hockey a couple times a week throughout the winter. If your looking for me in the summer it's a pretty good bet I am at
Softball Valley, as I play both men's and mixed softball.
